Story and Score
Inspired by Keys’ upbringing in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen, the musical follows Ali, a 17-year-old discovering her voice through music, mentorship, and community. The score blends her greatest hits-“If I Ain’t Got You,” “Fallin’,” “You Don’t Know My Name,” “No One,” “Teenage Love Affair,” and “Empire State of Mind”-with new songs written for the stage.
Keys made her Broadway performance debut in September, launching a series of post-show encore concerts.
Future Life Beyond Broadway
While the curtain falls in New York, Hell’s Kitchen will tour nationally for multiple years and open international productions in:
- South Korea
- Germany
- Australia
