Meghan Markle has offered a candid glimpse into her family life, sharing clips that capture “carefree days” with Prince Harry and their two children.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, uploaded the footage to her Instagram Stories, showing moments from recent weeks. In one segment, she and the Duke of Sussex, 41, dance together on a sunlit lawn while upbeat music plays, a mason jar of her signature sun tea resting nearby.
A second clip, set to Peaceful Reveries’ “Carefree Days,” pans across a handwritten farmer’s market list. Colorful illustrations sit beside each item, and 4-year-old Princess Lilibet appears seated at the table. At the bottom of the page, a crayon message reads, “Yay! You did it,” accompanied by pink hearts and a smiley face.

Another video captures 6-year-old Prince Archie feeding a rhinoceros at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens in Palm Desert, California. He holds out a small branch while his red hair catches the sunlight. Meghan also shared a still image of herself feeding lettuce to a giraffe while dressed in an all-white sweater and pants.
The posts come months after the premiere of her Netflix series With Love, Meghan in March 2025. During episode four, she demonstrated how to make “sun tea,” a childhood tradition she now shares with Archie and Lilibet: placing a tea bag in a mason jar of water and leaving it in the sun.
In a previous interview with News Of Los Angeles, Meghan reflected on rediscovering personal passions as her children grow older.
“When your children get to a certain age – when you’re not just playing in the sandbox with them, but almost playing in your own sandbox again – it’s super joyful,” she said. “As a woman, a mom and a wife, to be able to find yourself again – in a way that was always present but that you maybe couldn’t put as much attention on as you now can when your kids are a little bit older – is a wonderful feeling.”
The Instagram Stories, visible for 24 hours, mark one of the couple’s most relaxed public shares since stepping back from royal duties, focusing on everyday family moments rather than official engagements.
