The 26-year-old detailed the alleged snub in a Jan. 19 Instagram Stories post, writing that he and Nicola “traveled to London for my dad’s birthday and were rejected for a week as we waited in our hotel room trying to plan quality time with him.”
Brooklyn claims the only invitation extended was to David’s lavish 50th birthday celebration at Core, a Notting Hill restaurant, where “a hundred guests and cameras at every corner” were present. The star-studded guest list included Tom Cruise, Eva Longoria and Gordon Ramsay.
According to Brooklyn, when his father “finally agreed to see” him, the meeting came with a harsh stipulation: “under the condition that Nicola wasn’t invited.” Brooklyn labeled the exclusion a “slap in the face.”
The public airing of grievances did not stop there. Brooklyn alleged that when David and Victoria Beckham later visited Los Angeles, “they refused to see me at all.”
Brooklyn also accused his mother Victoria of deliberately creating tension, stating she “has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable.” He added that Nicola “has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we’ve tried to come together as one.”
The photographer and model asserted he had “been silent for years” about the family discord and “made every attempt to keep these matters private.” He blames his parents and their representatives for continuing “to go to the press,” forcing him to “speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.”
Brooklyn rejected the popular narrative that Nicola controls him, calling the idea “completely backwards.” He emphasized that he and his wife “do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation” and instead seek “peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family.”
The post ends with a definitive statement: “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
A representative for David and Victoria did not respond to News Of Los Angeles‘s request for comment.

Last May, a source told News Of Los Angeles that David and Victoria were “unhappy with the rift” and insisted “the relationship is definitely not beyond repair.” The insider added, “They love and are always there for [Brooklyn]. They’re just hurt and disappointed that he’s now playing no part in family life.”
The public fallout marks a dramatic shift from the Beckham family’s historically tight-knit image, leaving fans and observers to question whether reconciliation remains possible.
