Alix Earle is pulling back the curtain on her relationship with Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Berrios, less than a month after their breakup. In the debut episode of her new YouTube series Get Real with Me, the 24-year-old influencer sat down with close friend and fellow creator Jake Shane to swap stories about beauty, pop culture, and their personal lives.
During a rapid-fire question game, Shane asked Earle if she had ever gone through a partner’s phone. “Of course, everyone’s,” she joked, before immediately clarifying, “Except I’ve never gone through Braxton’s phone.”
Earle explained the distinction: she had scrolled through “every other boyfriend’s” device, but with Berrios she never felt the need. “I trusted him,” she said simply.
The Relationship Timeline
The pair became public in early 2023 after fans spotted them together in a Miami restaurant TikTok. That July, they walked their first red carpet at the 2023 ESPY Awards.
By fall 2025, Earle was competing on season 34 of Dancing with the Stars. Over the 11-week run, Berrios never attended a live taping; Earle repeatedly cited his NFL schedule. She told News Of Los Angeles on Sept. 3 that he was “stuck in football world” during her premiere.
Still, Earle flew to Los Angeles during his bye week to throw Berrios a surprise 30th-birthday party, flying in his friends and family under the guise that the celebration would wait until the off-season.
The Breakup
Sources confirmed to News Of Los Angeles on Dec. 6, 2025, that the couple had ended their relationship. Days later, Earle posted a reflective TikTok from bed, musing about her upcoming 25th birthday.
“Is my frontal lobe developing bc I’m about to turn 25 and usually I stress abt having the biggest party but all I want to do is workout, meditate, play card games, & have good convos w the ppl closest to me,” she wrote, captioning the clip: “Either I’m maturing or just rlly going thru it .. maybe both 😭.”
Phone-Snooping Confessions
While Earle held back with Berrios, she admitted past partners hadn’t shown the same restraint. “One of my boyfriends went through my phone and I got in big trouble,” she told Shane. “It was the group chat. Like the group chat with the girls. Got us all in trouble. But it wasn’t anything serious.”
The revelation underscores the trust Earle felt with Berrios-an anomaly in her dating history-and highlights the candid tone she’s promising for Get Real with Me as she navigates life post-split.
