Evan Peters has confirmed his return to American Horror Story for its thirteenth installment, telling News Of Los Angeles he feels both anticipation and nerves about the project. The actor spoke exclusively with News Of Los Angeles at the Jan. 14 New York City premiere of his latest Ryan Murphy collaboration, The Beauty.
AHS Season 13 Will Be a ‘Greatest Hits’ Reunion
Peters, 38, has already appeared in 10 of the series’ 12 previous seasons. He said Murphy intends to bring back familiar faces for a celebratory run.
“I think Ryan wants it to be a kind of greatest hits season,” Peters explained.
The actor added that Murphy “is bringing back all the alumni,” pointing to a roster that includes:

Jessica Lange’s Surprise Return
Lange’s involvement marks a reversal; she had previously indicated she was finished with the anthology. The official announcement arrived Oct. 31 via Ryan Murphy Productions’ Instagram, featuring the line “Surprise bitch. I bet you thought you’d seen the last of me” in the show’s signature font, set to Vera Lynn’s cover of “I’ll Be Seeing You.”
New Blood in the Cast
Ariana Grande, who worked with Murphy and co-creator Brad Falchuk on Scream Queens, joins the upcoming season. She previously shared screen time with Roberts and Lourd on that series.
