Lawsuit Claims Riley Keough Donated Eggs to John Travolta, Receiving Jaguar and Money

John Travolta’s youngest child is the great‑grandson of Elvis Presley, according to filings in an ongoing lawsuit that allege an egg donation from the king of rock and roll’s granddaughter, actor Riley Keough.

The Alleged Egg Donation Deal

Keough — the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and grandchild of Elvis and Priscilla Presley — received “an old Jaguar” and “between $10,000 — $20,000” in exchange for an egg donation that led to Ben Travolta’s birth in 2013, according to papers filed by lawyers for Pricilla’s former business partners.

Legal Actions and Accusations

Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko have accused Pricilla Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia, of breach of contract in a Los Angeles County civil complaint. Kruse and Fialko have another lawsuit against Pricilla Presley, claiming fraud and breach of contract.

There had been talks about an egg donation from Lisa Marie Presley, who would have been in her early 40s in the early 2010s, to Travolta’s wife, the late Kelly Preston, lawyers for Kruse and Fialko said.

That deal went south as Travolta “did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them and they orchestrated a deal, where Riley Keough gave her eggs to Travolta so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta,” according to Kruse and Fialko.

“Riley was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 — $20,000 for the deal,” according to the plaintiffs.

A photo of a handwritten note on hotel stationary outlining the deal was provided in the lawsuit.

The Family Context

Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko hold contract with lawyer in court cityscape hinting heritage.

Ben Travolta was born in November 2010 as the third child of the “Grease” actor and Kelly Preston.

Their oldest child, Jett, was just 16 when he died from a seizure during a family vacation in the Bahamas on Jan. 2, 2009. Preston was 57 when she died on July 12, 2020, following a battle with breast cancer.

The couple’s third child, 25‑year‑old Ella Bleu Travolta, is an actor, singer and model.

Representatives for Travolta, Keough, and Garcia did not respond to NBC News’ requests for comment on Thursday.

Statements and Reactions

Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, called the allegations by Kruse and Fialko “shameful,” but did not directly address the egg donation claim.

“Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to deflect from their significant liability to Priscilla Presley,” Singer said in a statement.

“In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”
