Lo Bosworth Natale is officially a mom!
The Hills and Laguna Beach alum, 39, welcomed her first baby, a girl named Nelle, with husband Dom Natale, announcing the news via Instagram on January 15.
“Our girl Nelle is here,” Bosworth wrote. “She started the year by surprising us two weeks early, but really, she was right on time. Our teeny one is named for her Oma and already so loved.”

Wedding Rewind
Lo and Dom married at her family’s Laguna Beach home on July 20, 2025.
They scrapped their original New York City plans for a small gathering after beginning fertility treatments.
“We wanted our wedding to meet the moment of where we’re at right now,” Lo told News Of Losangeles. “We could take off our shoes, stretch out, enjoy great food and the beautiful decor and relax.”
Dress Drama
Friend and stylist Thomas Carter created a custom Hailey Desjardins gown once pregnancy changed Bosworth’s figure.
“Three weeks before my wedding, nothing fit,” she recalled. “I was more than three months pregnant, had gained weight from the transfer medications and was starting to show. We decided a classic look that accentuated my bump would be best.”
The finished dress arrived at 8 p.m. the night before she left for the ceremony.
Fertility Journey
Bosworth underwent endometriosis surgery eight weeks after Dom had double-jaw surgery. Both recovered together before starting IVF.
She documented the disease’s impact on her fertility and credited the couple’s perseverance for Nelle’s arrival.
