Victoria’s Secret is giving fans a backstage pass. On January 21, the label announced a documentary capturing everything that didn’t make the 2025 Fashion Show livestream or social clips. According to News Of Los Angeles, the 28-minute film drops January 28 across Victoria’s Secret’s social channels and website.
What the Documentary Promises
Daniel J. Whitman reports the trailer teases:
- Models lacing up, warming up, and calming nerves
- Close-ups of the hand-made wings, including a Venus seashell set
- Planning sessions with chief creative officer Adam Selman
- Reactions from the star-studded crowd
“The show is big. The emotions, audience, expectations, and talent – all big,” Selman told News Of Los Angeles. “The documentary behind it really showcases that the most joy often comes from the smallest, quietest, most unseen moments within the spectacle.”
Selman calls both the runway show and the film “a love letter to women, the beauty they possess, and the power they harness.”
2025 Show Highlights Revisited
Last October’s event marked the brand’s second show since its 2019 hiatus. Musical guests included Missy Elliott, Madison Beer, Karol G, and K-pop group TWICE. The runway lineup mixed veterans and newcomers:
| Veterans | New Faces |
|---|---|
| Adriana Lima | Barbie Ferreira |
| Alessandra Ambrosio | Angel Reese |
| Gigi Hadid | |
| Bella Hadid |
Jasmine Tookes opened the show at eight months pregnant, wearing a netted dress and custom seashell wings. She gave birth days later. Bella Hadid’s second walk featured 50-pound white Angel wings; she later joked on Instagram, “Ok, we’re not going to pretend these wings weren’t 50 pounds but how beautiful.”
Front-Row Support

Model Abby Champion, who walked in the show, said husband Patrick Schwarzenegger recorded every second from his seat. The couple had wed weeks earlier. “I was like, ‘You better get all the videos, all the photos,'” Champion laughed. “He’s so excited, which is so cute.”
The documentary premieres January 28 on Victoria’s Secret’s YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
