Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison was arrested in Tampa, Florida, on a misdemeanor trespassing charge, according to Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office records reviewed by News Of Losangeles.
Addison, 23, was booked shortly after 3:45 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12 and released the same day after posting a $500 cash bond. The arrest address matches the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
The charge listed in the records is trespassing in an occupied structure or conveyance, a misdemeanor.
Coach Declines Comment
Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell addressed reporters on Tuesday, Jan. 13, saying, “I don’t wanna speculate on that in any way, shape or form. I do think we’ve gotta get as many facts and find out exactly what happened. Speculating at this point would be incredibly premature for me.”
Legal Team Responds
Addison’s representatives posted a statement on X the same day:
“On Jordan’s behalf, his legal team has already initiated the investigation, identified witnesses, and we are reviewing the viability of a claim for false arrest. He looks forward to the legal process and upon full investigation, we are confident Mr. Addison will be exonerated.”
